Magdalena Ukleja
Senior QA · Founder · AI Consultant
Magdalena started her career at Lufthansa Systems, testing safety-critical software for the aviation industry. Over the next decade she grew into a Senior Software Tester at ERGO Technology and Services, where she led test strategy, mentored junior testers, and owned quality across large-scale CRM and backend systems.
In 2021 she moved to Aarhus, learned Danish to B2 level — earning her Prøve i Dansk 3 in 2023 — and built hands-on experience with modern CI/CD stacks, cloud environments, and test automation frameworks.
In 2026 she founded Ada AI+, combining her ISTQB background, deep QA craft, and newly earned Anthropic certifications in Claude, MCP, and multi-agent systems. Her mission: make AI assistance in software testing practical, measurable, and human-centered — no hype, just results.
