This information is sent directly to our email inbox (contact@adaaiplus.com), hosted with our hosting provider, OVH. We do not store a separate copy of form submissions in the website’s database.
2.2 Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (OVH) automatically records standard technical information when you visit the site, including:

- Date and time of access
- Pages requested

5. Where your data is sent
All data described in this policy is hosted and processed within the European Union by our hosting provider, OVH. No personal data is transferred outside the European Union, and no additional international data transfer safeguards are therefore required.

- Contact form emails: retained in our inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain business records, and deleted when no longer needed.
- Server logs: retained according to OVH’s standard hosting log retention practices.
